MUTTON-HF
Overview
This study will assess a medically and culturally tailored meal delivery service designed to improve heart failure outcomes in rural Navajo Nation. It will be conducted in two phases: Phase I will involve a pilot feasibility study to evaluate the implementation and acceptability of the service, while Phase II will be a randomized control trial comparing the medically and culturally tailored meal service with usual care. The primary outcome for Phase II will be the rate of hospitalizations or ER visits within 90 days post-implementation.
