Development of a User-Centered Approach for Screening, Referral, and Enrollment Food as Medicine rural and urban adults


Overview

This study will compare an automated screening process with standard face to face patient screening, and subsequent screening rates, food insecurity identification and food is medicine (FIM) enrollment rates, along with the impact of enrollment into a tailored FIM package on user engagement, short-term health outcomes and cost-efficiencies.
