The study explored the feasibility of a home-delivery produce prescription program aimed at addressing food insecurity and improving diet quality in adults and children. Conducted over 12 months, the program provided bi-weekly deliveries of fresh produce and virtual nutrition education to 25 families. Results showed increased fruit and vegetable intake among children, though overall consumption remained below recommended levels. Participants reported improved food accessibility, economic flexibility, and family bonding.
